Can we remember what files we downloaded already and not try to download them again.

Have a button to clear DL history in settings (if wanting to try again).

How to run the loader to the clip was the best quality? I'll stick to the program.
URL -o "file" -?........

no quality specified = best quality. ie. default mode = best quality.
eg. youtube-dl.exe -o <filename.ext> <youtube.url>

PS. I was thinking for final design it would be better if we did the following

1. Get Artist name
2. Check theaudiodb.com for music videos - http://www.theaudiodb.com/artist/112045
3. Check last.fm top tracks music videos - http://www.last.fm/music/U2/+charts
4. Goto next artist

There is a bug, it's essentially the same artist, but loaded clips for both, now add the setting and re-upload utility.
