Because video link on last.fm changed then youtube_id is also changed. so we have F:0Y:0 so new version is downloaded.

Local: File not Exist, Yotube ID in downloaded list.

When changes occur on last.fm we do not know about it because we have everything, and we have the ID stored locally, for that I have added the option for which will be compared with the ID last.fm and local.[DOUBLEPOST=1374137708][/DOUBLEPOST]

I vote no. If delete from GUI then you have to add video list to GUI, more work. You can already delete videos from windows explorer, my videos, mvcentral, etc. Tools are designed to run in background without user intervention.

When we check to download a file first check if file exist %artist% - %title%.* (F:0 vs F:1)
if F:0 then get youtube url + youtube ID.
F:0 Y:1 skip
F:0 Y:0 download. If download successful add youtube ID.

We know about changes because file doesn't exist so we attempt to download and find youtube id.
