I've been trying to figure out what the purpose of the Mini EPG is for. Is it possible to disable it somehow? It comes up at unexpected times and my remote (CEC remote) doesn't seem to have a button that will close it. I could be missing something there. Sometimes it's so persistent I have to stop live TV, go into the full guide and, re-select my channel.

    No.

Have you tried the red button (the one from the four color line). This will bring you back to FullScreen.

Well, how embarrassing. I read a post about the red button, and I am pretty sure that I had tried it and it didn't work but, I just tried it and it works! Thanks for getting me to try it again.
