And yes if you don't build filter -> fontengine and co are not builded and then postbuild.bat didn't copy those missing files and MP failed to display

I've added the dependency on that NuGet package so that iMON Display binaries are downloaded.
I'm not sure how to add them to the installer or even if that's needed at all or somehow done automatically once they are in the binary output folder.
See those latest changes are there.

Ok, I've also added a try/catch for that LCD thread which was the one major issue @tourettes had with that code.

I tried to patch the installer but I could not find a way to generate it so installer changes were not tested. Otherwise that stuff should be ready to go on master.
I just did an upstream sync and rebased everything. I know the Sleep issues should be fixed but since this is just performance improvement I think we can do that later on.

It would be nice guys if you could vote me in the development team that would simply the process a bit.

About master, we are in code freeze (only showstopper or bug fix should go) and for this branch we need report on testing side
