DESCRIPTION:

This MOD removes some of the clutter found on the MovingPictures and TVSeries screens to display more of the Fanart background image.


COMPATIBILITY:

StreamedMP-MOD for 1.8.0.3157 - Enhanced

1. Some issues reported on the time not displaying in the new Weather/Time summary. This depended on the time format used, but now managed to eliminate this dependency.
2. Amended the StreamedMP-Backup utility so that it picks the skin path from the installation setup, thus you no longer need to select it. New utility can be downloaded form here.
3. Created various standalone utilities for options used during the MOD installation thus when someone used the BasicHome editor, you can use these to avoid re-installing the full MOD. Similar to the backup utility, these modules will pick up the skin path from installation setup.

StreamedMP-MOD for 1.8.0.3157 - Updated

1. Fixed problems reported by Game_dude, psykix and shackrock.
2. Added German movie Certifications as requested by Moviejunkie80.
3. Updated BasicHome Slideshow utility to cater for issues reported in 1. This can be downloaded from here.
4. A standalone version of the Weather MOD has been created and can be downloaded from here.

StreamedMP-MOD for 1.8.0.3157

1. Enhanced BasicHome Slideshow Utility to include a slideshow for "Listen to your MUSIC" in BasicHome inside MediaPortal. Standalone version of the BasicHome Slide show image selector utility can be downloaded from here.
2. Added new Weather/Date/Time summary to display at the top left hand corner of the screen. (idea borrowed from Xtreme skin)
3. Changed Weather Summary to show 6 days instead of five as well as display weather backgrounds for every day, depending on weather condition. Link to forum thread here.
4. Changed the Category images used for Certification filtering in MovingPictures.
5. Added new backdrops for Music and Games.

StreamedMP-MOD for 1.7.7.3113 - Enhanced

1. Added a new screen during the MOD installation whereby one can select images to create a slideshow which shows when one scrolls over to "Watch your MOVIES" and "Watch your SERIES" in BasicHome inside MediaPortal. For those who would like to modify the slideshow and not run the whole MOD installation, here is a standalone version of the BasicHome Slide show image selector utility.
2. Added scrolling labels in Recently added Movies and TVSeries.
3. Reduced the width of the movie name and added scrolling capability to movie title in MovingPictures movie details screen.
4. Added some modifications to MovingPictures Default View by replacing the text background making it more transparent, changed some alignment of the media logos, expanded the 10 star ratings and added scrolling to the movie title.
5. Changed Watched/Un-Watched icon in MovingPictures.

StreamedMP-MOD for 1.7.7.3113

1. Extended the option, to choose number of lines to display in Fanart to TVSeries list view.
2. Added 2 new 3D backgrounds, SecurityCAM.jpg and mp-transmission.jpg as requested by other forum members.
3. Taking on some suggestions from ysmp , changed width of star rating image to be more wide as like it was, it looked a bit squeezed.
4. Fixed an small issue with vertical Recently Added Movies in BasicHome where the topmost movie didn't scroll fully when Movies is selected.

StreamedMP-MOD for 1.7.7.3113

1. Overhaul of the MOD installer. Hope you like the new look
2. Offer option, during MOD install, to choose number of lines to display in Fanart MovingPictures list view (image here).
3. Changed the Recently Added Movies in BasicHome to display vertically when Poster view is selected from StreamedMP BasicHome Editor (image here). Please note that for this MOD to work, first change the view from the editor to show poster instead of fanart, and then install this MOD.
4. Added 2 new 3D backgrounds. One for movies and another for Soccer. The 3D backgrounds will now be downloaded automatically from Picasa if their MD5 is different than those already installed. This makes the MOD smaller and avoid unnecessary overwriting of files.
5. Enhanced installer to download weather images only if their MD5 is different, so as to avoid unnecessary downloading when the respective radio buttons are selected.
6. Updated the backup MOD (which can be downloaded from here) to include above enhancements.

StreamedMP-MOD for 1.7.6.3093

1. Created a more user friendly MOD backup utility, which is recommended to be run before installing this MOD, and can be downloaded from here
2. Added some tweaks to the Coverflow screen when pressing F3 to view details.
3. Added new images created for the latest YouTube.fm

StreamedMP-MOD for 1.7.6.3093

1. Further enhanced layout of MediaInfo box by introducing a panel image to add divider lines.
2. Updated World Weather to utilize all images in the flat view.

4. Updated SkinMODbackup.rar to include new XMLs and images being updated.
5. 04/02/2012 - Updated the exe version of this MOD by getting rid of the post install batch file and included a more user friendly UI.

StreamedMP-MOD for 1.7.5.3066 with further enhancements and tweaks

1. Enhanced layout of MediaInfo box as can be seen from here.
2. After some comments received, changed the 10 star color to match more with the skin as can be seen from here

StreamedMP-MOD for 1.7.5.3066 with DVD/BLURAY cover enhancement

1. Fixed issue on Media Info when down arrow was pressed.
2. Added DVD/BLURAY/HDMOVIE Case covers in all MovingPictures Fanart and Default views. (thumb views not tackled yet)
3. Added fading effect when you press down arrow in MediaInfo view as requested by powermarcel10. (thanks for all your good feedback)
4. Moved EXE to MediaFire File Sharing as it is easier for everyone to download.
5. RAR file at bottom updated with this MOD as well.

StreamedMP-MOD for 1.7.5.3066

1. Changed color of Stars for the Star Ratings.
2. in both the EXE and the RAR version of the MOD, installs either US or UK movie certifications, according to user's choice.
3. in both the EXE and the RAR version of the MOD, offers option to download 3D linkedweather and linkedweatherfull images from Picasa.
4. updated SkinMODbackup.rar to cater for new Logo locations.
5. updated StremedMP-MOD_Instal.rar to perform options 2 & 3 mentioned above.

BACKING UP ORIGINAL FILES:

A new backup utility has been created, StreamedMP-Backup.exe which will create StreamedMP_backup.zip containing all objects being modified by this MOD. To execute, it is quite straightforward, just follow the instructions.


INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

To install, simply execute StreamedMP-MOD.exe and MOD will be installed by default in "C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\Skin\", but you can modify it, if destination of your path is different.

If you install the latest upgrade Streamed MP v1.3.1, you can still use this mod by unzipping the rar in the skins folder with no issues. To avoid you going around above links, I will attach my latest rar file comprising all changes mentioned in this thread as shown in images above.



This mod still works with StreamedMP-1.4.0.1967

Ponyriemen, unfortunately, I don't have a TV connection, so haven't tried it out. What you can do is take a backup of the same png and try this one out.
