Ok I need some help
Ive tried to add tv to the Watch Menu and put My Pictures Where TV was in Basic Home...after editing the xmls to what I thought needed to be change, I managed to change the Icons to what I wanted but now the links dont work and the labels still say TV.
So basically now I have a picture of a camera that says TV and a picture of tv that says Pictures....what else do I need to change in the xml?(I would attach a screen but I'm at work)

You need to replace the hyperlink address for each section aswell.
(The hyperlinks links to various pages/modules/plugins whattever )

What section can i edit to make some of the items in the list to the left in my-music disappear? I dont want "eject" and "play cd" there.. takes to much time to scroll past them to get to my playlists.

You need to edit the following files in the skin folder "C:\Program Files\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\Skin\Monochrome".....

mymusicgenres.xml
mymusicplaylist.xml
mymusicsongs.xml

You can do this for any skin. I removed those buttons in bluetwo.

Hi Darre,

You can remove, but better to use the "<--" function to simply "rem" them out. Or alternatively backup the files you modify, then you can safely delete the entries you want.

Not sure I've said this before but this really is my favourite skin at the moment! Great potential and thanks for all your hard work in getting this far! Would like to get rid of the 'call out' boxes like on mini tv guide and now playing with visualisations activated as doesn't fit with rest of skin. Even so it's great work and thanks very much

I have the above problems, but my music in album view doesnt play by pressing play on the album thumbnail

Hey DarkWader or Reptile,
I need a little .xml editing 101-
I have managed to get My TV off home screen and into Watch Menu where My Films was(I dont use My Films)
and then I have succesfully replaced My TV with My Pictures-everything is in the correct place,even the tv link works in the watch menu-the problem is when you select or mouse over the button My Pictures-Weather is selected?
Also when you mouse over My trailers on the watch menu now it selects my tv
So basically I have a working tv button in watch menu but also a trailers button that takes you to tv
and
a non-working My pictures button on the homescreen that highlights My Weather when you select it

When I edited the xmls, I opened the 3 menus side by side and copy and pasted from one to the other without changing any of the positions-I thought that was all that was needed but it seems to be more complex then that?
I am attaching the xml's in the hopes that someone can sort this out for me because I really want TV in Watch menu in place of My Films and would like My Pictures to take the place Of My TV in Basic Home

Will this update include updates TV section files? That is the only section where there are some problems and parts that do not fit the skin...

Also there is a little bug in the Tvseries OSD, the episode thumb that is displayed in OSD issized wrong. It is using the size of a Movie/DVD cover.
