More detailed iis installation (1 Viewer)

Can somebody please post more detailed instructions for IIS instalattion and IIS config ?
Trying different things with MP i ended with apache, iis, some simple server ( cant remember the name) ....

Just trying to minimize all that web servers.

If you don't know how to setup IIS, I really recommend to just use the normal installer with IIS Express. It's a lot easier.

I prefer to use IIS, as it is more powerful and already included in my OS (Win 7 Pro).
I have experience in installing and configuring IIS, but haven't done it in the last few years.
The default installation of IIS under Win 7 Pro includes a minimal subset of IIS features (see screenshot).
Are there others which are desirable / recommended for using MPweb with MPextended?
