This is the first dev I made for learning a bit C# and also MP code.
It helped me a bit when, a long time ago, MP had problem with USBUIRT driver.
I added API and DLL informations for having the windows driver version number inside the MP config form.
Even if I had to apply/rewrite code again each relevant classes were modified, I keep it alive till now.
It is stable because it works fine on my HTPC during nearly 3 years and, it breaks nothing.
Then, why not offering it to MediaPortal users, also USBUIRT owners ?

To sell it a bit more :
    All differents cases were covered.
    1/ Actual USBUIRT config form.
2/ Config form with device plugged.
3/ Config form without device plugged and, with no installed driver.
4/ Config form without device plugged and, with installed driver.

    Here are patchs.
