Mouse disappering outside MP (1 Viewer)

Hello, i have a seemingly different problem not directly with MediaPortal but it only occurs when the client is running.

When the client app is running, (always fullscreen on my TV second monitor). and as i have it running i try to use an application on the main display. Occasionally the mouse pointer will disappear when you focus that window. It appears to function if you can work out where the pointer is. But it is invisible. If you restart the app the mouse works as normal. But it will be sporadic. Some apps will have a pointer, others will not.

I suspect i am missing something very obvious in the config app to prevent this, but for the life of me i cannot find it.

I had a very similar issue with my pointer being lost in MP. To fix it I found I had to turn the option 'MediaPortal always on top' to OFF and I got my mouse back. Check to see if this is your problem as well.

Hi charli181,

The pointer isn't lost in MP itself that i notice. I don't use the mouse to control MP, i have a remote setup to send the keystrokes to the app.

I lose the pointer in other apps that are running on the other display. If i am using the computer at the same time as MP is doing its thing. It is never one specific app that makes the pointer invisible.

The "MP always on top option" is set to off. So i am not sure what else could be going wrong.
