    Actually I have got it all working now. I have made a fresh Windows 7 install. Installed Haili Media Splitter and MP - nothing else. Now everything is playing flawlessly with the Microsoft Windows 7 builtin HD codec with a minimum of CPU load.

    The only thing that is not working now is my Canon M-JPEG movies and som old DivX/Xvid movies for the children.
