    Hi all,

I can't see mov files inside "Video" section of aMPdroid. I come here as I asume MP Extended is responsible for sending aMPdroid file listings...

Any reason to not show mov files? May be ffmpeg/VLC can't deal with them?

    bye!

They should show up if they show up in MediaPortal. I'm afraid I'd need your VideoDatabaseV5.db3 to fix this.

    Oxan, you've got a PM :)

In folder view (inside MP) I can see those video files, of course.

What's more: I've just tested to change extension from .MOV to .AVI, and I can see and stream that video with no problem.

Aha, that looks like an aMPdroid problem then. I've moved your thread to the aMPdroid forums.

To be sure, can you post your MediaPortal.xml? Might also be MPExtended related on second thought...

Edit: ping-ponged the thread back to the MPExtended forum xd. Are you already getting crazy? :p

Can you try to rename it to .mov (in lowercase)? Seems we are doing a case-sensitive comparison instead of a case-insensitive one.

If it works with lowercase, the bug has been fixed for 0.5 :)

You're right. Converting to lowercase I can see my .mov files... :)

Looking forward to giving 0.5 a try then... :p

    bye!
