I really appreciate that you improved the plugin!

i have one bug for you. i hope it will help you in any way. since the german ofdb (the german imdb) doesn't work with the script, someone fixed it here:

https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/...le-grabbing-bug-31356/index12.html#post287422

but this fixed script unfortunately doesn't work with your version... is there a way to fix that? or does the other dude have to update the script?

    Ok, I tested V7 to 46 movies that I have, all of them have scene release file name.

    Auto detect failures:

    1) The.Island.2005.1080p.BluRay.x264-SZ.mkv -> something totally weird like "íƒâ€“sz" ??

    2) Next.2007.1080p.HDDVD.x264-XSHD.mkv -> "NHL 2007"

    3) War.2007.1080p.BluRay.DTS.x264-XSHD.mkv -> "NHL 2007"

    4) Terminator 2.mkv (exception, but this was working with previous versions!) -> "Terminator Woman" (wtf?)

    Looks very promising, great job gamejester!

    kimko - not looked at any of the other csscripts yet, it is on the to do list.
    If someone else wants to do it it will only take you 5 mins.
    Download the fixed one in your post and compare it to the moviexml.csscript in the v7 release.
    Basically you just need to change the funbctions to match the new MP ones I have enhanced to include date passing; I think it is jus thtis one
    MediaPortal.Video.Database.IIMDBScriptGrabber.FindFilm
    make it look the same as in movie-xml and it will load.
    The next step would be to enhance the grabber to make use of the new date ;-)

    Seco -
    Thanks for the new movie names, I will see if it can be refined any more.

    Run the un-install batch file to take you back to the original rc2 version and test. If you have installed multiple versions of this patch without rolling back to the original each time this won't be possible as you will have lost your backup files.

    Yeah, my version would be a mess, no coming back I dont think :)

    gamejester,

    I know this isn't a bug you made or introduced... but I was wondering if you could have a look at fixing it with your build because it is related to the my movies area?

    When you go to movies and folders in the MP CP... My cd/dvd drive keeps coming up even after I have deleted it.

    Ie. delete cd/dvd by pressing delete on it, it removes it self... it does not show up in the GUI, but if you reload the MP CP it is back again... so everytime I load the CP it is back again.

    Make sense? I can explain better if you need.

    Hi, I've got a question about this "scene-thing"
    Did you rename the scene mkv/avi - files manually?
    Or is there any tool for that?

    btw: is it possible to use the foldernames for matching the imdb-movies?

    This fix is looking to address scene names so you do not need to rename them as long as the real title is in there, give it a try and select movie-xml as the database grabber.

    Folder naming does not work at the moment to ge the title, it is on the to do list.

    I know what you mean, it annoys me to, I will add it to the feature rquests.
