with me it does not work, the dll is as incompatible with MP 1.23 and the current Movingp. Version is displayed and does not load when opening the MP Settings.

PS: CookComputing.XmlRpcV2.dll not found in MovPics install, i dont know why, And whether he is needed and in which version he appeared, but if it works, then I will do Pull Request

After official fix don't forget delete extra dll like Cook....bla-bla-bla.dll
