Moving Pictures and turkish characters (1 Viewer)

I have recognized that some turkish movies contain special characters. When the summary is scrolling up in MovPic, the text is displayed weird. When I edit the movie database of that movie with european characters, everything is shown ok.
Is that a skin problem or a MovPic problem?

It's a general mediaportal issue, happens on all skins but may not be as obvious on some.
