fforde thanks for looking into this for me.

A couple of files that are not being picked up are;

D:\Video\Iron.Man 2.mkv
D:\Video\Expendables.mkv
D:\Video\The Other Guys.mkv

Another fix that worked for me is to delete movingpictures database and import is ok.

Now i hope to not to have remake this...

Yep, just deleted the Moving Pictures database and the import starting working correctly again, AVI and MKV files are recognised again. Thanks cln.
