Moving pictures reverts to list view after movie stop (1 Viewer)

Every time I stop a movie, either from pressing stop or letting the movie end, the layout always reverts back to list view in streamed MP and I have to keep manually changing it back to thumbnail grid 12x4 which is my layout of choice. under normal navigation it remains correct, only happens after a movie stops playing.

I've tried the different gui option in moving pics options, last used view, list view etc but always reverts back. i've always in the past set moving pics to 'last used view' and had no problems.

Any ideas?

Have you changed the setting in movpics config of "use last view"

um, I appreciate your attempt to help but did you actually read my post or just the title?

Yes I have tried that setting, no luck though
