Hi,
is it possible that the database of moving pictures searches for german movie covers, infos and titles (and so on) instead of english ones?

greetings

I dont think so since it gets the backdrops and info from thetvdb and imdb.
Dunno if you can add your own source.

(And i hope not, more germans and french should learn english, no pun intended ofc)

Sorry for the slow reply. The answer though is absolutely yes. Moving Pictures has many different scraper sources out of the box (one of them being OFDb) so by reconfiguring your data sources (see the Importer Settings tab) you can easily pull down German movie info.

In Kodi, putting an Extras folder in the same folder as the movie automatically manages all the extras on the Bluray, so my library is organized in this way. Moving everything would be a very long job (I have more than 2800 movies), plus I would lose the Extras...
