MovingPictures won't play any movie (1 Viewer)

Dear Chris,

I have absolutely no idea.

Since this is a general MP problem rather than a Moving Pictures one, I suggest you post in the general support area of the forum.

Provide log files as before. Tell us what format your video files are in. Try with Blue3 as skin, in case something is going on with 3rd party skins (very unlikely, but has to be excluded).

I don't wish to appear rude, but just posting 'this doesn't work - why not' doesn't give us anything to go on. Out of the box, MediaPortal will play anything that Windows Media Player plays. Chances are, something is messed up on your system. Do they actually play in Windows Media Player? This was not one of the media players you listed when fforde asked you this question.
