I have upgraded one client to MP 1.0.1, but the TV guide seems to be broken. It does not show any program information (blank). The client is connected to a TVserver (I think this is running TVserver version 1.0, but I can't see that anywhere?).

Of course I have tried the Blue Two (wide) skin and also the latest version of StreamedMP, both have this problem.

The living room client runs MP 1.0.0 and does show the TV guide without problems.

    Anybody else seen this?

Both the client and the server must be the exact same versions to work reliably ....

    Thanks. I'll try that.

Not the answer I had hoped for though. It makes the update process much more tedious.

    Tried that.

    And now I'm in trouble!

The update of the client seems to have worked without a problem. But now to get a TVguide I need to update the TVserver. From the documentation I understood that here too the update process would work. But it does not. The update button cannot be selected, maybe because no client is installed?

Should the update procedure work for a stand alone TVserver? Or should I do the settings back-up - restore and recordings import thing?

I have succesfully upgraded the TVserver as well now.

Had to do an uninstall and fresh install. The uninstall asks if you want to remove everything including the recorded TV database, ansering 'no' leaves all settings and the database in tact. Did not even have to restore the settings or the recorded TV database. All worked smooth.

Man this made me nervous ...
