I tried disabling all ATI processes, and no joy.
I am going to try to unistall cat 9.12 and go back to 9.9. I also have an issue with the HTPC periodically crashing. Sometimes i get artifacts on the screen after the crash and sometimes soundloops. Another annoying ATI thing. I wish i had gone with a Nvidia solution!
