Hi, I have a very similar problem after an update to 1803. I was having the same problem as above which I eventually fixed by completely disabling the firewall on both the client and server. Now, when I try to play a live TV channel I am getting an Unknown Error Occurred on the client and a "Exception :TvLibrary.TvException: Unable to start graph" in the log file on the server.
I did read over on the tenforums that Windows thinks the tv tuner is a camera and the new privacy settings are disabling it by default. However, I think that only applies to analog cards.
Did anyone manage to cure this (other than downgrading)?
