MP 1.2.1 patch IR Server IR functions disabled [FIX IN THREAD] (1 Viewer)

Hi

After upgrading from MP 1.2.0 to 1.2.1 I'm getting an "Failed to start local comms : IR functions temporarily disabled" error.

All the normal, PC-restart, IR Server Re-install....problem still exist. I'm rolling back to MP 1.2.0.

Sorry Spragleknas,

Wife was on the way home, I had to get MP up and running before she wanted to watch her programs. I might be able to test again over the weekend when she is working, but for now I'm not able to generate logs.

This was more of a warning to anyone thinking of upgrading.

Same here with me v1.2.0 --> v1.2.1

I'm having the same problem after updating to MP 1.2.1 -- I can no longer blast channel changes to either of my tuners.

I upgraded to IR Server Suite Test Build 1.4.2.4290, rebooted. Still no luck.

My error.log file is attached.

Someone should make one small adjust in the code and recompile IRSS against 1.2.1 binaries, then it will work I would do it but I have no environment to compile IRSS (yet)

Test at your own risk!!!
The worst thing that can happen is your blast stop working...

Save your old files and unzip the archive in your:
\MediaPortal TV Server\Plugins

EDIT: Forgot to mention... restart you system after installing (I guess restarting IRSS is enough, but who knows?!)
