I have been performing a lot of tests. Version 14 of the patch seems to resume MP to a screen requesting verification of the TV server used (same box as MP). Click thru this and all works ok.
Version 13 of the patch so far works well. I had to place a short Wait-on-resume with it (3-5 seconds) otherwise it resumes to almost any screen it chooses to - mostly 'Videos' screen which was not where it was when placed on standby.
Although I get occasional complete system lockup when watching TV for at least 30 Mins - I have attributed this to poor signal reception. I perform a re-scan of TV channels and this fixes the issue for a time.
