[solved] MP 2-2.3 x 64 crashing (1 Viewer)

I have nearly completed building a new desktop PC, hardware and software, everything was looking great till I tried to get MP2 2.3 (Server and Client) installed and running. It installed without problems and TV channel scan was also good but when I tried to start the x64 bit version it briefly displayed an exception error and the crashed, see screenshot below and attached log, but the x86 version seems ok. Restarting win 10, repair, reinstalling, after uninstall and uninstall with deletion of mp folder in Program data all have not changed the problem.
As mentioned this is a clean install of the latest version of Win 10 x 64 on new hardware, am I missing something???

I think there is a missing library, see this thread: MP2 - V2.3 - [solved] - MP2 2.3 Client startet nicht - bleibt beim Laden hängen. Just extract the linked archive and try again
