MP can't connect to TV Server (1 Viewer)

i CAN SCAN CHANNEL And able to preview,also windows Media center able to see live tv,but in MP ,I alwasy get "NO DATA AVAILABLE"

Anybody fix this issue?

Is the TVclient plugin installed, rerun the installer with its default settings, it should say all installed at the end.
