MP client crash when recording is started (1 Viewer)

Hi Everyone,

I have a dedicated HTPC that runs TVServer 1.0 and also TVClient 1.0 for watching television.
This machine runs WinXP MCE SP3 RU2 with DVBHotFix.
Everything is working fine on that HTPC - even with 2 DVB-S and 1 DVB-T Tuner.

Now I have set up MP 1.0 as Client Only on a different PC in my home network.
.TS play fine from my HTPC's shared Video Folder in MediaPlayerClassic.

However, when I use MP to play recordings, it crashes after the recording has been selected.
Just nothing happens.

I have now updated everything with Windows Update, I even installed the newest version of Combined Community Codec Pac.
Before that, I had MP 1.0 Client working on that machine, but only from time to time, and sometimes it had crashed when a recording etc. was selected.

What can I do to fix that problem?

Hi heikoh,

I think too, it seems that your installation didn't installed the MediaPortal Video and Audio Codec, look in your MediaPortal Configuration if you have an other Codec to use and try this one. I use PowerDVD 8 Code also from my PC as Client to connect to my MediaCenter in the living room and it works.
