MP Compatible with Windows 7? (1 Viewer)

i have a problem, i instaled mp 1.1.00 rc1 on my windows 7(mp1.0.2.0 was working fine) and when i run mp it gets stuck on adding filter section and when i go to finish it it says splash screen is not working.
