Hello, I have exactly the same issue than the one in this discussion. Unfortnuately the link you give leads to a blank page with "404 Not Found"... Is the link still valid ?

That installer is no longer needed as the fix is in the official release.

In other words: Download and install 1.15pre or wait some more days until 1.15 Final is released. It won't harm installing 1.15pre though.
