    Seems that the "Made FolderScan Thread Safe" change part of 4738 might be the cause. I guess it might be something to do with the difference between Thread and BackgroundWorker. Please have a look...

    Thanks - can you post a patch? I've just tried to scan my database and the run crashes systematically on all Clients, yet not always on the same song. It just read some 14000 entries and then terminated (dis)gracefully...
