Multitasking here too!

Well, I have to upgrade the server then.
I have three other clients running that also needs to be upgraded, if I upgrade the server (not fun).
Can I take som shortcuts in upgrading? Not clearing the database or keeping the configuration ...?

Thanks anyway.

Dick

Tested like this:
- start MP
- Music
- select A (Artist view)
- select Aerosmith
- select Get A Grip album
- press info on song "intro" (0:23)
- select 1 Add to playlist

music automatically starts to play ... MP crashes after 23 seconds

This is repeatable on two different PC's (one Vista Premium SP1 and one XP Pro SP3).

As long as you are on version MP1.0RC1 then you can easily update by choosing NO to remove settings, doing svn update takes under 5 minutes for TVServer uninstall, MP update (no backup, as i already have one) and reinstall TVServer + client (single seat), so might take you 10 minutes longer :)

Thanks for encouraging me to update.
No problems at all to update the TVserver, leaving the database and all config intact.

Sorry to say, the problem is still there.

Here are the logs from my XP computer after the update.
Previous logs were from my Vista PC.

This installation has another quirk. It takes 4 minutes to start MP.
From what I can see in the logs, it waits more than 3 minutes, for the tv channels to be received.

    Regards,

    Dick

    Update:

Reinstalled the original TVPlugin.dll (0.9.1.18808) and it all works again.

The SVN forum, suggested to use TVPlugin.dll (0.9.2.0) instead.
    But this crashes music playlists.

Ok will try and see if we can reproduce this, it may just be a time thing that kicks in somewhere, that none of us testing reach.
