    I use the following for DVD playback:

    • Win7 x64
    • MS DVD Navigator
    • MS DTV-DVD Video Decoder
    • ffdshow Audio Decoder (recent SVN buld with SPDIF passthru activated)
    • EVR

    That's all. What settings do you use? Maybe we have a codec issue here in combination with EVR. I keep trying to reproduce the crash with the ISO later this weekend.

    00000000()

    other variation is: feeefeee()

    At least in that case someone has deleted the sample we are trying to access.

    azzuro,

    here's a second try. This time the queue gets flushed completely. The File you uploaded was somewhat incomplete. At least I could not play it at all.

    To all others: If you don't have the Queue Overflow symptom with specific DVDs, DON'T try this patch. If you have the problem, please let me know the exact DVD.

    No crash, but just a black screen and pressing DVD menu (d) cause MP to freeze completely.

    Yes, unfortunately I have no clue why the sample / frame is invalid in that case.

    have you an ati card ? driver ?

    Nvidia, but it is not HW / driver related I'm sure. Most likely only timing is different and triggers the bug.
