How are we doing? is not possible to repair?
Tourettes can reproduce this. We have not identified the root cause yet. This issue was moved to RC3 for now as it only seems to affect specific DVDs.
The issue will be fixed, but we need more time to identify the root cause.

Ok, scyth i know for the menu, i must push D ! or i try to burn an modified iso of my dvd !

I think I found it.
Flushing of the Queue doesn't happen when in DVD Menus or single frame menus would not be shown on some conditions. But when Surface Release is required because of changes in the stream the internal frame counter and buffer is reset but the queue not emptied. Therefore we have an overflow and the crash is caused by trying to assign a value out of bounds.
I introduced a forced flush for Surface releasing. It shouldn't break anything. If it introduces new problems with DVD Menus I know where to look and create a larger fix for it.
Please try the attached dshelper if it fixes the problem on your side. It did work for tourette who gave it a quick test as he could reproduce the issue

hi scyth, is ok for me ! no problem with DVD Moon & 20 leags under the sea !
but i have the cause of problem !
this mornig i have reinstalled MP and when playing DVD is VRM9 (EVR cheked)
i check EVR - default codec MPC - no problem, i think is MS DTV DVD codec !
when i meet codec PDVD10 and FFdshow audio - bug !
