MP doesn' t start properly using Avalon (2 Viewers)

ok,, kill the process.
from error.log I can see that WorldWeatherPlugin and MyVolume are generating errors. Make sure those are disabled in config and
run debug again with second option.

Edit: the debug mode shouldn't take longer than five minutes to produce the logs...

I did. When starting debugging, the starting sequence began to run like all the times before and suddenly stopped, canceled...seems to be the same like before, no zip file...

hm, seems something is really messed up here. Are you sure mp worked fine with default skin? I assume not...? If yes, uninstall Avalon and all other skins...
if not lets bring some structure into this...
Generate some logs with first option in debug mode.
Does it run? If yes disable all plugins (including avalon editor) you installed recently one by one and run debug after each disabling with second option to check.

Ah, I found it: MyFilms seems to have caused the problem, I disabled it, now MP seems to work properly. Unbelievable, you should be careful, which add ons / skins you take, I assume. Very annoying. Even MyVolume dosen't cause any problems (until now) and this wheather add on also doesn't. The extension add on I disabled also, when you click on "My Extension" in MP, there displays a path, there is a file missing or something like that.

no problem
myfilms is normally reliable, had it running for quiet some time with no problems. if you want it running I would investigate in myfilms forum....
but be aware that you just need it if your already using media managers like ant or ember. if not moving pictures is the way to go...

There seem to be two MyFilms, I deactivated the extension, but there is another MyFilms, I guess, that is only the folder or something like that, where you can store movies etc.

Did you try to install some beta version or something like that?

No, no, no beta or something like that, just one time I re-installed the stable version.

I assume, "My Films" has nothing to to with that extension, but is just the name of a folder or so.

yeah sure, this is just the settings for myfilms in avalon... no worries about that.
