But you still have a Filter issue, and it seems related to the EVR renderer.

What else can I do because of the filter problems?[DOUBLEPOST=1406746565][/DOUBLEPOST]I have sometimes a black screen for 3 sec. without audio.
Seems to be a HDMI sync problem.

Is it possible that the filter error are related to the black screen issue?

Maybe a stupid idea, but set the renderer to VMR9, click OK to save/close Configuration, then open Config again, and set it back to EVR and save again.
Besides that, double check all your codec settings. If you still get the errors, try to play the file inside GraphStudio Next for example, and see if that works.

Is it possible that the filter error are related to the black screen issue?
    Yes, very well possible.

So, i had time to do some Wakeup Tests...

    - Wait 10 Seconds on PowerON works fine. I see the "Wait x Seconds" Screen.
    - Wait 10 Seconds on Resume does not work. I do not see the "Wait x Seconds" Screen.

BUT, it looks like MP is much more Stable after Resume. I had sometimes Crashes (MP just does not react after Resume from S3) and for now it looks like this is gone...

    Attached are Log Files.

I have performed some additonal test with startup/resume delay.

Resume delay works, but without a message on the screen.

I have set the delay "on resume" to max (100).
At a resume, the initial screen is displayed, but MP does not respond inputs on the keyboard / remote.
It is frozen for the set delay time.
No message is displayed on the screen.

Nice. I will try that too.

EDIT: I can confirm this. Wait on Resume works with this Testbuild but without Info Screen shown...

Unfortunately, the problem is not eliminated in all cases.

    TV is off.
PC is on because a scheduled recording is running.
I start TV and view a other recorded tv.
    Back to recordings menu.
    F9 and MP hangs.
Disconnect hdmi and connect it again produces also the Problem.

Steps to reproduce: (ca. 00:30 at the logs):
    view a recorded tv.
    Back to the menu.
    Press info.
    All is ok.
    Stop recorded tv.
    Back to home screen.
    Disconnect HDMI.
    Reconnect it.
    Start the same recorded tv.
    Back to menu.
    Press info ---> Freeze.

It's obvious, the start delay has no effect here.
Is this a common problem or occurs it only on my system?

Same for me, from standby seams to work now but no countdown from standby but MP is stable.

normal behavior, since no standby was done, but you unplugged the HDMI cable. This can lead to a lot of other issues (video/audio devices disappearing, HDMI handshake issues, etc.).

I also notice a WORKGROUP issue where the assigned IP Address 192.1681.78.32 wasn't allowed by your router, but that might have been a hiccup.

    This is interesting:

Especially since that seems to cause freezes on other systems also:
    http://forums.techguy.org/windows-7/1105827-aoddriver4-2-service-failed-start.html
His solution is in the last post (disable tls in Internet Explorer). I would try to get rid of that Service Control Manager issue first

Same for me, from standby seams to work now but no countdown from standby but MP is stable.
The countdown only seems to happen on startup and not resume, and only with the DefaultWide skin.

Our developer @michael_t made some improvements to the code and will also look into the splash screen that indicates the wait time.

Updated installer for testing: >> Installer 2014-08-03 <<

Sorry for the long delay but I was on vacation.:)

    Yes, I understand.
But in my opinion, this "other issues" are the real source of the problem.
    Also at resume from standby.
"Wait after resume" is only a workaround.
Is it possible to wait after a device(video/audio) change is detected?

Thanks for the detailed analysis of my system.
I have overlooked/not respected the errors at the event log.

    Because the AODDriver4.3 service problem:
Disable tls in Internet Explorer don't fix the problem on my System.
But I found a other solution.
    AODDriver.PNG

I have uninstalled all AODDriver at the device manager, restarted the system and only AODDriver4.2 is present.
Then I removed the AODDriver4.3 service from the registry.
After that, AODDriver4.2 service starts without error!

Than I test with Installer 2014-08-03.
At the first test, MP freeze after resume.
The delay is working but after the steps from #1 MP freezes.
