This update includes quality improvements. No new operating system features are being introduced in this update. Key changes include:

• Addressed a known issue with KB4013429 that caused Windows DVD Player (and 3rd party apps that use Microsoft MPEG-2 handling libraries) to crash.

Ok I have tried again. The KB4015438 that was installed this morning was the old version because it broke Media Portal. I uninstalled it, restarted and the it was again available. It was installed again but then I forced a search of updates and the KB4015438 was there again, so I guess the second time it downloaded the proper one. After all was updated and I restarted MP worked fine, so thanks for the tip!
