MP TV Series crash (2 Viewers)

Hi there

PLEASE HELP! Everytime run the wizard on tv series plug in I receive the attached error. Ii have tried uninsatalling cleaning the registry and reinstalling to no avail. Could someone please advise what's going wrong? It's a cracking plug in and MP is just not the same without. I would really apreciate any help.
