Okay, sorry bout that
MePo 2.3 RC2 + TvSeries plugin 1.2 / your latest SVN
I added all episodes, (I have about 30 series, 90 seasons, >1000episodes) which was going reasonably fine.
Then, after I closed it and started MePo, I saw only 24 --> Friends was shown in the plugin
So I went back to the config, looked and all other episodes were greyed out.. I counted how many episodes were found and that was around 500..

I tried reinstalling RC2 + your plugin 2.1, but no solution

Going back to MePo 2.3 RC1, that one was working without any problems

For RC2 I'm currently working on an upgrade which hopefully fixes all the little bugs that seem to occur with it. Please be patient for a few days.

What's the correct format for a Special episode to be in for it to parse right? None of the specials I have are showing up in TVSeries, they're highlighted red in the parsing test. help?

edit: think I just figured it out, think it needs S00Exx to import. worked in my case anyway.
