After getting MP1.36 installed and set up after a few problems, I have the problem that MP usually doesn't start. It usually only works again after restarting the PC. The reason for the reinstallation is my new WinTV Quad HD TV card. Does anyone have similar problems with the card?

Your post says that MP does not start, but I see from your logs that you seem to be using a plugin called MpStartIt. I have never used that plugin, but perhaps it is causing the problem? I would suggest that you disable that plugin, reboot, and see if the problem is fixed.

I have no problem with my Hauppage WinTV quad-HD(Model 1651xx-2, Dual ATSC/QAM) running 1.36 x64.

    thanks but that didn't help.

which driver version have you installed? Maybe that's the reason. The driver driver85_1_59_39158 doesn't work. Now I've installed the application WinTV10. But it doesn't run reliably. Sometimes MP recognizes the cards, sometimes it doesn't. I can't tell if the problem is related to starting up. Troubleshooting isn't easy,

something is wrong with the timeshift buffer. I have attached another log. So far I haven't had any problems here.

something is wrong with the timeshift buffer.
From your logs, it seems that MP is trying to use a folder on the "X:" drive for the timeshift buffer:

    Code:
    TSReaderPlayer: Open file: X:\\live5-0.ts.tsbuffer
TSReaderPlayer: Failed to open file:X:\\live5-0.ts.tsbuffer :0x80004005

Is the "X:" drive a locally attached disk (internal or USB), or is it a NAS disk?

    it is a local RAMdisk.
I think that changing the timeshift buffer to a local hard disk or local SSD would be worth trying, just to see if that solves the problem.

The internet seems a bit uncertain what error code 0x80004005 means -- Microsoft claims that it occurs on Windows XP, and other sites claim it is caused by antivirus software. So you could try disabling your antivirus software to see if that makes a difference.
