Hello, I've tried last three versions and I get allways the same error:

2011-06-04 23:57:05.279965 [ERROR][MPMain(1)]: VideoPlayer9: Exception while creating DShow graph Unable to load DLL 'dshowhelper.dll': The specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E) at MediaPortal.Player.VMR9Util.EvrInit(IVMR9PresentCallback callback, UInt32 dwD3DDevice, IBaseFilter vmr9Filter, UInt32 monitor)
at MediaPortal.Player.VMR9Util.AddVMR9(IGraphBuilder graphBuilder)
at MediaPortal.Player.VideoPlayerVMR9.GetInterfaces()

How can I install dshowhelper? I've renamed original dshowhelper.dll in directory ..\Program Files\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\dshowhelper.dll and kopied new one. After reboot, I've tried to start any video but failed.

Did you install the "Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package" which is mentioned in the first post? Download link is also there!

My apologies. My last version was 2008. Installed 2010 and now it works.
Dropped frames are unfortunately still here.

Results with timeshiftbuffer on a 4GB ramdisk

Since a long time I try to optimize disks R/W, last week I change my 4GB ram to 8GB and made a 4BG ram disk (Vsuite Ramdisk standard edition) for the timeshiftbuffer files, the result is the beautiful flat line you can see ;-) As soon I find how to wake-up correctly my TV tuner from suspend mode, MP will be near to be perfect for TV, Video and Music :D

    (With W7 64, task priority changed, PDVD11 Ham mode, MediaPortal-svn-1.1.7.27958, Nvidia 275.33)

    MP : Above normal
    TV Server : High
dwm.exe : Real time (you can find a exe to make this automatically in my previous posts)

    >> PDVD11 Ham mode
    >What does that mean?
Also in my previous posts ;-) you can change properties of PDVD11

    It's here : SW/HAM/DXVA, I'm on HAM

Mhm so there is SW, HAM und DXVA. So PDVD isn't using DXVA anymore when in HAM mode? Are there any details - what HAM mode is?

HAM seems to be Hardware Acceleration Module, relative to CUDA but I'm not sure of this. In MY case it work better than DXVA

There must be something wrong with the HW itself if you aren't able to get similar lines with the normal hard disk (for example bad drivers that hog the bus).

and also i noticed in your image, that you're at 60hz with a 50 hz content..... also the source is not at full 1080i res.. maybe i'm wrong , but seems you're reclocking the audio, aren't you ?
