I have found the problem and a solution

The problem was definitely my TV, which has a problem with 24p Mode.... So i switched to refreshrate 50p, however then i got non-stop stutters.... Buuut then i thought on Reclock, and that was the solution.. With Reclock i speed up to 25p and suddenly everything was smoother than smooth No stutters at all

But without Reclock, no chance..... the graph goes completly crazy on 24p material with 50p refreshrate.... Maybe there is a way without Reclock?????

You have to use the MP audio renderer.

The FFDShow DXVA crash-on-removal fix has to be in MP player code (where the graph building/changing is done), not in dshowhelper....
