Hey Tony,

I've been trying out v088 and noticed a problem when stopping videos: it takes some time to stop the video and there is a black screen "flash". Reverting to current MediaPortal SVN dshowhelper.dll and stopping is faster without black screen "flash". Here are the logs, hope you can take a look some day Thanks!

Edit: I have been playing mp4 YouTube videos using OnlineVideos plugin. ffdshow codec is being used.

I think I know what the problem is - I added an experimental workaround for the 'black screen hang at end' issue some people have reported....I think I need to add a timeout to it....

i have at least one small request.

Could you please check your Setup ( GT430 ) + LAV CLUIVD and your developed *.dlls
I use the same and have the best results with v88a. Even with TV or Video stuff. I also use 275.89 Tesla.

Would be great if you could setup your maschine with the same stuff. Maybe there are some place for improvment since LAV CLUIV is very stable. I think all Nvidia users would love it if there is an improved dshowhelper wich works with LAV as best as it can.

I tried Lav cluvid yesterday and doesn't work on live tv for me.. I have a freeze image... (I'm using the last geforce driver).

Try using Tesla Drivers instead ( 275.89 )

Which one? M2070Q tesla driver?

As far as i know all Drivers are the same. You have to use a modded *inf file to use the driver with a Gforce card.

A new version to try ('part DWM' and 'no DWM' variants attached)

This has a fix for the 'long time to stop' problem and another (experimental) mod to the subtitle timing, plus a few other changes.

tryed it today for a short periode on a HD channel + LAV CUVID

200000 drawn frames / 4 drops. Also stopping works fine now. So i will test this weekend both versions for Video and TV again.

Hey Tony, I tried the no_Dwm version and seems that it work very well. I tried on live tv with subtitle on and seems that I have no more stutter problem..
