A new version to try :) ('part DWM' and 'no DWM' variants attached)

This has a fix for the 'long time to stop' problem and another (experimental) mod to the subtitle timing, plus a few other changes.

    Have fun!

Hey Tony, I tried the no_Dwm version and seems that it work very well. I tried on live tv with subtitle on and seems that I have no more stutter problem..

    thx

Good :) - I've also tested with subtitles enabled and had no stutter problems.

If you mean small, continuous ripples, yes that's normal for the recent versions - it uses more CPU to get the lines really flat, and there's no real benefit to performance (dropped frames etc)

    Yes please (for HD).

Also, can you try adjusting the subtitle delay (it's on the OSD overlay -> subtitle icon) and see if it helps to remove the stutter. I think the stutter is caused by the subtitle renderer running low on data - I adjusted the timing in v0089 so that the subtitles are rendered slightly (2 frames) late, which should force it to buffer more data.

A new version with minor changes to try ('part DWM' and 'no DWM' variants attached)

This modifies to the subtitle timing again, and has aspect ratio & FPS logging bug fixes.

(I'll be on vacation for the next 10 days, so there's plenty of testing time :))
