Since upgrading from 1.36 to 1.38, MP1 no longer connects to my tuners. They no longer appear under the server in the left-hand, navigation pane of TV-Server Configuration and they are erroneously listed in the right-hand pane as IPTV sources. When I try to view a TV channel, I get "no cards available". How can I get them back?

There are no errors or problems with the TV Card in the log file.

Your logs show some sort of sockets error:

    Code:
    [2025-07-26 15:10:07,740] [Log ] [4 ] [ERROR] - Exception
      :System.Runtime.Remoting.RemotingException: Remoting configuration failed
      with the exception 'System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException: Exception
has been thrown by the target of an invocation. --->
System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: Only one usage of each socket address
      (protocol/network address/port) is normally permitted

But I have no idea what that means, or what you need to change in order to fix it.
Also, it might be easier to identify your problem if you provided logs set to DEBUG level:

    Code:
    [2025-07-26 15:10:33,725] [Log ] [4 ] [INFO ] - Set loglevel to: Warning

    Thanks for your analysis!
I have since tried updating the DigitalDevices drivers, but that didn't help.
Attached are new logs with debug-level enabled.
    Thanks for your help!

The tuners are now back where they belong in TV Service Configuration; I don't know why. They can tune some channels, but many channels fail with an "unknown error" message in the MP UI. A test scan returned a lot of failures due to "scrambled" even though I have (re-)enabled CAM for each of the tuners. DD Control Center shows the CAM/CI as active, and the card allows tuning the desired channels when I put it in a TV set. However, the TV Service logs still show no errors. I have written to DD about the problem, but haven't gotten a response. Nobody answers their support telephone numbers. Any other suggestions as to how I can proceed?

This presumably worked correctly in the past, so think back to that time:
    • What version of Windows were you using? (7, 8, 10, or 11?)
    • What version of MP were you using? (32-bit or 64-bit?)
If you have never before had this setup working correctly with 64-bit MP, I would suggest installing instead 32-bit MP to see if that makes a difference.

Sadly, there is no longer anyone with TV expertise in the MP team. :(

This setup was woking fine just recently with MP1 v 1.36 64 bit and Windows 11 Pro x64 22H2.
The problems first started withj MP1 v 1.38 and Windows 24H2
