I added a fix that will fallback to using the reserved url when it is not possible to use the specified address bindings.

EDIT: I mistakenly pushed it to WIP 2.2 branch. If needed could you please revert the commit (I'm not sure how it is done)?

Is this part of 2.2.1 now? I have no means of verifying but you might want topush this to 2.2.1 just to be sure that it is included.
