    MediaPortal 2 Version: 2.1.3

    Description
When utilizing MP2 on a single computer server/client setup all other computers on the network loose File Explorer communications with the router. The other computers can ping the router and my NAS, and can still browse the web. But network devices no longer show up in the Win10 File Explorer network folder on those other computers. And after exiting MP2 those other computers still show nothing in the Win10 File explorer network folder. They have to be rebooted to get Win10 file explorer communicating with the network again.

    Steps to Reproduce:
Start MP2 (client/server install) on a Win10 computer and go look at the Windows File Explorer network folder on any other Win10 computer on the network.
