MP2 crash after start in maximzed window (1 Viewer)

Hello All,

I set MP2 to work in windowed mode and I set to start in maximized window. But when MP2 start it crash after while with message Unhandled exception in application: Could not find the MediaPortal.Common.Logging.ILogger service

Hello,

same issue for me (unhandled exception: Could not find the MediaPortal.Common.Logging.ILogger Service). After changing the configuration from Fullscreen to window mode, I was able to start MP2 twotimes without Problems. Currently I got the errormessage above and MP2 won't start any more.

In Logfiles I see some entries with DX9 and "...the main thread ist still running". Also some hints in the dedicated logentry of the Windows application log.

Any ideas what coud be wrong?

A restart does'nt solve anything.

Hello,

a Workaround for the issue is to switch back to fullscreen mode in MediaPortal.UI.SkinEngine.Settings.AppSettings.xml - config-file.
