as I told before, I've uploaded the Version with the TVProgress Bar Fix for MP1.2 Alpha and older MP Version users. You can find it on our Download Page (see my Signature).

PS: The link in the download Repository of MP is also up to date (same filename at same webfolder), but the text is not. Only sa_ddam can do this, and I don't know where he is.

Hey Everyone,

MPDisplay2 is in the process re-development.
Many of you users that have followed this plugin since the "LCD Display Plugin" days know that there has been a lot of major design changes due to performance issues as new features were added.
With the amount of features added over the last 2 years I am at the point where I have to separate MPDisplay2 from Mediaportal(seperate process).The plugin will function the same, But it will be a separate .exe application and will have a MP plugin part to communicate between the application and MP. This will solve a lot of performance issues and give way to many new features that could not be accomplished before(control animation’s etc).This design will also give more flexibility on what it can be used on, for example you can load the plugin to MP but you can install MPDisplay2 on anything on your network(laptop etc).

As a lot of you know separating this plugin has been talked about for over a year and now MPDisplay2 is at a point where it has to be done to future proof the plugin, Due to the complexity of this plugin small changes to MP can have dramatic effects on the plugin as a whole, but with the separation any changes to MP will only require a change to the plugin end(API) of MPDisplay2 leaving the custom GUI safe from MP code changes.

And of course once again I thank you for all your support throughout the past few shaky months. The donations allowed me to repair my DEV so I can continue development of MPDisplay2.

I promise you the new version(not far to go) will blow your minds (IMO 4000% better in every way to the previous versions)

It could replace the Imon Manager when I'm not running Mediaportal? it would fantastic!

It's an MP Plugin... It will only show informations if MP is running.
Showing Informations with haltet MP is not planned now. May be that this will be possible at the state of RC Version (sa_ddam will tell you if this will be possible in the future).

I only want to say thanks for this awesome plugin! Now with MP 1.2.0 and the compiled version 0.6.0.3, it works verry nice!

Just to be clear, do you have it working with the new MP 1.2 beta or is it an older 1.2 version (alpha)? So far I am waiting with the update because I didn't think MPD2 would work with the beta...

No, just with Mediaportal 1.2.0 beta!! This with plugin version 0.6.0.3

So don't wait longer, and try it out! Works perfect..

As I read the comments on MPD2 download page one is only for a specific svn version and another is for both 1.2 alpha/beta and earlier versions, but I'm not sure. The wording is not very clear...
