Issue with adding Files

I get an runtime error when adding or changing a file. I used two different Vista clients. Hope you can sort this out.
Great plugin btw. Just the one i was looking for.

See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

Hi,

Now I can add movies via MPMovieCatalog but they don't show up in media portal RC3. It seems like it is corrupting the database. I have added the database file. Ps. What program can I use to edit the db3 file myself?

Hi, I'll try to understand what is wrong in your database file.

I can confirm this.
Movies added to the database via this tool are not shown in MP.

You can use SQLite Database browser

Seems that if certain fields in the movieinfo table left empty the movie is not beeing displayed. I added "unknown" to empty fields afterwards by SQLite DB Browser similar to the built in movie database editor and then the movie is displayed correctly.

I've found the cause of this bug - I dont fill the field "iswatched" in the movieinfo table, so MP cant parse the null value into integer.

Tested but bug still present.
Strange after you added a movie by the plugin all subsequent added movies by MP config itself are also invisible from within MP.

Seems to be a similar bug to the previous one.
Rating has to be set to 0.
Otherwise an exception is raised when trying to convert the field to an integer.

Enhancement Request:

Could you set the field "cdlabel" in the "Path" table if you add a file to the movie which is located on DVD.
This behavour would be similar to that of the internal moviedatabase editor and it would keep the checking of MP for the correct media intact.

Thanks

Regards
grubi.
