MPTray does not start with Windows (1 Viewer)

Hi guys,

I use Windows 10 x64 and noticed that MPTray does not start anymore with windows.
The checkbox in the MP Config is set but also there is no tray icon visible.

Only when I open MP Config and uncheck and re-check the checkbox for MPTray it suddenly shows the icon in the tray icon bar.
However after a reboot it is gone again and I need to repeat those steps.

When I start MP Config or MPTray.exe I need to elevate to administrator, I assume this has something todo with it?!

Can anyone help?

When you installed MP, did you use the "Run as administrator" option (either from "Windows Explorer" or from the "Command Prompt")?

Does the user account that runs MP (client and TV server) have administrator privileges? If not, try changing that user account into an administrator account.

(This is just guesswork based on the symptoms that you have described.)
