Hi,
I've discrabe this my problem in thred with few days old SVN build. No I've partitialy solved my problem. For now I must inform about some facts:
a) my problem is error message in log durig tune up analog chanels on MSI TV@nywhere hybrid card with BDA drivers (something like 'audio and video decoder could not be found')
b) problem is same in some OS (Win Vista, Win XP, Win MCE, Win 2003 server)
c) when I try to tune chanels - I have fresh OS installed (without additional codecs, without additional programs)
d) in OS is installed: latest DTV original TV program, lates card BDA drivers, latest MCE encoder, latest SVN MediaPortal and latest SVN MP Server
e) when I install MP - I've check option with install MPEG decoder with program
f) in MediaPortal configuration I have selected MPA and MPV decoders
g) MSSQL is installed correctly (step-by-step installation with your online manual)
h) original SW and all build in OS media centres works with card fine
i) DSCaler, WinDV3, etc. works fine with this card
When this points are reached - is not possible to tune analog chanels (see attached log - is same for all SVN builds that I was tested)
So I find information that I need to install WinDV3 program. Ok. I install this and MP correctly tune all chanels!!! SUPER!!!
BUT! when I run MP client SW - TV doesn't working. Concrete shows up only one picture from TV chanel and nothing more (MP client works fine - is not jam. only show one picture from actual chanel on which I switch).
From this moment are all my experiments without feedback (no one of my next experiments doesn't solve my problem with only one picture rather than running TV chanel):
a) install ffdshow codec and set it in MP configuration
b) reinstall system
c) install 'all in one codec pack' and try to set each codec in MP configuration
In all my experiments was situation say about same - MP tells that tv card is not available or MP crashed.
Finally what I need: I need to help WHICH codec for this card I must use. Or could you please help me with this problem?
